The Hippantelope (Hippopotamus antelopinus) is a large, semi-aquatic herbivore exhibiting a unique blend of hippo and antelope traits. It possesses a robust, barrel-shaped body covered in thick, grayish skin that is reminiscent of the hippopotamus, but its legs are long and slender, akin to those of an antelope, allowing for graceful movement on land. The head features a large mouth with tusk-like incisors for foraging and a pair of elegant, curved horns that sprout from its forehead, giving it a striking appearance. Its eyes are positioned high on the head, providing excellent vision over water and grasslands, while its tail is short and paddle-like, aiding in swimming. The Hippantelope also exhibits a unique coloration, with patches of light brown and cream to help camouflage in its natural habitat.
